Man Pointed Gun At Victim During Road Rage Incident In Ledyard, Police Say
A man was charged with a litany of crimes after he followed a driver into a parking lot and pointed a gun at a victim, police said.
LEDYARD, CT — A man is facing charges in connection with a road rage incident in Ledyard during which he pointed a gun at a victim, according to police.
Eric White, 33, of Groton, was arrested on a warrant Wednesday afternoon.
A victim reported that on Dec. 13, White was following her in Ledyard and honking his horn. Police also said White was following to closely and attempting to pass in a no-passing zone.

He then followed the victim into a parking area where he pulled out a gun and pointed it at a second victim before speeding off, police said.
The vehicle was headed south toward Groton. Police located his vehicle and arrested White.

Police said they recovered a loaded gun from White's vehicle.
He was charged with second-degree reckless endangerment, breach of peace, threatening with a firearm, brandishing a firearm, first-degree reckless endangerment, illegal possession of a weapoin in a motor vhiecle, carrying a pistol without a permit, following to intimidate or harass, and operating a motor vehicle under suspension.
White was held on $50,000 bond and scheduled to appear in New London Superior Court on Thursday.
