Martha Stewart's Highly Anticipated Foxwoods Restaurant Sets Opening Date
Martha Stewart's second restaurant and first on the East Coast will open inside Foxwoods' Grand Pequot Tower.
MASHANTUCKET, CT — The Bedford by Martha Stewart is scheduled to open March 14 at Foxwoods Resort Casino, according to an announcement from the resort.
The restaurant will be located in the Grand Pequot Tower. A ribbon-cutting ceremony is planned for March 13, one day ahead of the public opening.
The Bedford is Stewart’s second restaurant and her first on the East Coast. Her first location opened at Paris Las Vegas in 2022. The Foxwoods restaurant is named for Stewart’s 1925 farmhouse in Bedford, New York, and is designed to reflect that setting.

The Bedford will be open seven days a week. Breakfast and dinner will be offered daily, with lunch service on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Reservations are currently available for dinner service only.
The opening follows a previous collaboration between Stewart and Foxwoods during last holiday season, when her holiday décor installation filled the Grand Pequot Lobby.
The Bedford’s opening adds to a growing list of celebrity chef restaurants at Foxwoods, which already includes dining concepts tied to nationally known culinary figures like Guy Fieri and Gordon Ramsay.
The resort has not released seating capacity or pricing details ahead of the opening.
