Naval Submarine Base Exercises To Use Blank Ammunition: Ledyard PD

LEDYARD, CT — The Ledyard Police Department posted the following message regarding upcoming training exercises:

"Our partners at the United States Naval Submarine Base have advised us they are holding training exercises today through Friday which will involve the use of blank ammunition. If you are near the base, you may hear the sounds from the training exercises during the daytime between today and Friday."
