
The following arrests were recorded at the Connecticut State Police Troop E in Montville. An arrest does not constitute a conviction and all are innocent until proven guilty.
Feb. 25
At 6:32 a.m., police responded to Two Trees Inn in Ledyard for a report of a disturbance. They arrested Milteer Herbert Hendricks, 29, of 3 Neves Way, East Falmouth, MA, and charged him with breach of peace. A court date is scheduled for March 8. The report says Hendricks and his wife were asked to leave the inn, and he became belligerent, and said he wanted to be arrested. The report says that he was asked to keep his voice down, stop using profanity and leave. Once outside the inn, the report charges, he became “very loud and disruptive at which point he was arrested.”

At 6:35 a.m., police arrested Tyrone D. Low, 28, of 21 Webquish Lane, Mashpee, MA, and charged him with threatening. Police had responded to Two Trees Inn for a report of a disturbance. The accused, the report says, was evicted from the room by security. “While escorting the accused out of the building, the accused became loud and disruptive,” the report says, and continues, “Once outside, the accused made comments about killing one of us.” Lowe was assessed a $1,500 bond and given a Feb. 27 court date.
