Rep. France Gives Citations at Preston Cub Scout Banquet

Rep. Mike France (R-42) presented citations to members of the Preston Cub Scout Troop at a banquet held on February 28th. The banquet served as an opportunity to recognize the ‘cubs’ achievements over the past year.

“On Saturday evening, I was honored to participate in the annual Blue & Gold Dinner for Preston Cub Scout Troop 75, recognizing the achievement of 13 young men who received their Arrow of Light Award and made their transition from Cub Scouts to Boy Scouts,” said Rep. France. “Over 40 years ago, I made a similar transition. Today, I am proud to recognize the continued tradition of Scouting as a values-based youth development organization that builds character and encourages responsibility as a citizen and a leader.”
