Restaurant Holding Company Among Six New Ledyard Businesses Registered In September

LEDYARD, CT — A restaurant holding company was among six businesses with Ledyard addresses that registered with the state in September, according to the Connecticut Business Registry. Stonecroft Restaurant Holding LLC, on Pumpkin Hill Road, registered as a full-service restaurant. Business types in the registry are chosen by the filers themselves and have not been independently verified.

Three of the new businesses list Gales Ferry addresses, including KAI Works, a computer programming business on Whalehead Road. Other newcomers include Sarah Puddy Integrative Counseling on Church Hill Road and Great South Bay Tango, which registered as a corporate managing office on Iron Street.
