Ledyard High School Music Directors Thomas Green, Evan Lambert and Russell Hammond pulled out all the stops Tuesday night for the first major concert of the year, featuring symphonic and marching bands, men's chorus, women's chorus, concert choir and chamber choir.
A color guard from the U.S. Naval Submarine Base attended a tribute to the armed services. It was one of several partiotic numbers that marked the 10th anniversary of 9/11.
Among the many highlights was the concert choir's performance of "A Red, Red Rose," and a new dance routine by the men's choir. The auditorium was packed, so you were probably there. If not, here is a sample of what you missed.
