Woman Drives With 2 Deflated Tires While Intoxicated: Ledyard Police

Police said an intoxicated Norwich woman drove through Ledyard with two deflated tires.

LEDYARD, CT - Police said an intoxicated Norwich woman drove through Ledyard with two deflated tires Friday, the New London Day reported. She was subsequently arrested and charged with reckless driving, as well as driving under the influence, police said.

Police said officers spotted the car driving with deflated tires close to 11:30 p.m., according to the New London Day. Police said the suspect's car also had extensive damage on the driver's side of the vehicle. Police said officers determined the driver, 20-year old Jada Doreen Larkie of Norwich, to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, the New London Day reported. She is due to appear in court September 7, police said.
