Madison Beach and Recreation is offering Explorers Little Bites & Big Flavors!

Welcome to our Food Explorers Camps. Exploring food encourages children to learn through sensory experiences, hands-on activities and working together to create delicious results. Food Explorers provides children with the knowledge to make healthy choices for themselves. By combining nutrition education with cooking and hands-on food exploration, you'll have a Food Explorer in no time!

Explorers Little Bits & Big Flavors, Grades K-2 Perfect first kitchen adventure for our youngest chefs! Campers will have hands-on fun making tasty treats like Raspberry Cheesecake Pies, Cheesy Potato Flatbreads, Brownie Parfaits, and homemade Gnocchi- all with age-appropriate guidance and lots of smiles. It's a sweet and savory introduction to the joy of cooking!

Camp is held August 3 to August 7 from 9 to 12 at the Christ Chapel Church, 1185 Durham Road. For children ages 5 to 7. Cost is $200 for Residents and $210 for Non-Residents. Campers are encouraged to bring a refillable water bottle to camp. Camp instructed by the Food Explorers.
