MADISON, CT — Connecticut's Democratic Primary is Tuesday, and registered Democrats in Madison and the state will select a gubernatorial candidate for the November election. Only registered Democrats are eligible to vote in the primary.
The two names on the ballot Tuesday are incumbent Gov. Ned Lamont and state Rep. Josh Elliott.
The winner will face Republican state Sen. Ryan Fazio in the fall.
Polls open from 6 a.m. and close at 8 p.m.; if you are in line when polls close, you will be allowed to vote.
Here is voting information from the Town of Madison:
District 1 Temporary Polling Location: Senior Center, 29 Bradley Road
-All registered voters who live at properties on the even numbered side of Green Hill Road and South.
District 2 Polling Location: Brown Elementary School, 980 Durham Road
-All registered voters who live at properties on the odd numbered side of Green Hill Road and North.
