MADISON, CT — A public hearing has been scheduled in Madison for Aug. 24 to review the draft of the Affordable Housing Trust Fund ordinance, the Board of Selectmen announced.
The public hearing is set for 6 p.m. in Room A at the Madison Town Campus, 8 Campus Drive, and on Zoom. Click here for more information and Zoom details.
According to the draft, the proposed ordinance seeks to create a pool of funds "to retain and/or create affordable housing" in Madison.
