250 Legend Hill Road #250 sold Oct. 15 for $560,000. The two-bedroom, three-bath condo unit was built in 1985 and has 1,976 square feet.
77 Hickory Lane sold Oct. 13 for $1.35 million. The four-bedroom, five-bath home was built in 2001 and has 4,421 square feet on 2.11 acres.
18 Saint Francis Woods Road sold Oct. 8 for $475,000. The three-bedroom, three-bath home was built in 1969 and has 1,824 square feet on 1.12 acres.
