Bauer Park Classes Open for Registration

Madison Beach and Recreation is registering now for two upcoming classes. Fall Flyers is for children ages 3 to 5 accompanied by a parent. People often associate bats with the fall season even though they’ve been busy all summer long. Join us to discover some intriguing facts about bats and dispel a few myths along the way. Play a game to learn how sound helps bats fly and make a “batty” craft. This is an indoor/outdoor program so please dress for the weather including appropriate footwear.

Remembering Columbus: Sink or Float Challenges is for children ages 6 to 9. We’ll learn about density and buoyancy, build Lego ships to see if they float and more!
