Free Secondary School Fair Open to All at The Country School, April 23
Families navigating the high school search don't need a private school connection to take advantage of one of the shoreline's most comprehensive secondary school resources. The Country School, the PreSchool–Grade 8 independent school celebrating its 70th anniversary on Opening Hill Road in Madison, will host its 24th Annual Secondary School Fair on Thursday, April 23, from 6:00–7:30 p.m. in DeFrancis Gymnasium — and the event is free and open to the entire community.
More than 50 secondary school representatives are expected, spanning public, private, boarding, and day school options. Recent participants have included Avon Old Farms, Berkshire School, Brewster Academy, Canterbury, Choate, Cheshire Academy, Cushing Academy, Fairfield Prep, Frederick Gunn, Hamden Hall, Hopkins, Hotchkiss, Kingswood Oxford, Lauralton Hall, Loomis Chaffee, Marionapolis Prep, Miss Porter's, Northfield Mount Hermon, Notre Dame HS, Peddie School, Pomfret School, Portsmouth Abbey School, Salisbury School, St. Paul's School, Suffield Academy, Tabor Academy, Taft School, Westminster School, Westover, Williams School, Williston Northampton, Xavier, and more.
