Coronavirus Madison: Sidewalk Chalk Challenge Hopes To Spread Joy

MADISON, CT — Lifting spirits is the goal.

"We are laying down a challenge, Madison," says the town's youth and family services agency.

On its Facebook page, Madison Youth and Family Services encouraged folks to get involved.
