CT Primary Election In Madison: What To Know Now

Polls are open until 8 p.m. for CT's primary election. By mail, must be postmarked Aug. 11, or put ballot in drop box at Town Hall by 8.

MADISON, CT — Originally set for April but pushed to August due to the pandemic, today is Connecticut's presidential primary election day.

Registered Democrat and Republican voters were mailed an application to vote by absentee ballot, and for those who chose that voting method, there's an official state ballot drop box in front of Town Hall. Make sure your ballot is dropped into the box before 8 p.m.

For in-person voting, polls are open until 8 p.m. Any voter standing in line at the polls at 8 p.m. will be allowed to cast a vote.

District 1

  • Madison Senior Center 29 Bradley Road Madison, CT 06443
  • All registered voters who live at properties on the even numbered side of Green Hill Road and South.

District 2

  • Dr. Robert H. Brown Middle School 980 Durham Road Madison, CT 06443
  • All registered voters who live at properties on the odd numbered side of Green Hill Road and North
