Beginning on Monday, October 1, and again on Wednesday, October 3, do something for yourself and take a walk. At 7:30 am, each Monday and Wednesday morning in October, Linda Zimmerman, of Better Health Workouts LLC, together with the Madison Senior Center, is organizing a walk that will leave the Senior Center parking lot and return by 8:30 am. Begin your day with a brisk walk, meet new people and be energized for the rest of the day. No fee, just bring enthusiasm. All ages welcome.
