Fire Alarm Accidentally Pulled, Leads to Brief Evacuation at Hand High School

From Daniel Hand High School staff:

Late this morning a fire alarm was triggered at DHHS. Students, faculty and staff safely evacuated the building. After it was determined that the building was safe, staff and students reentered. An investigation determined that the alarm was accidentally triggered during a class activity.

The schedule for the remainder of the day was adjusted to allow all students an opportunity to have lunch and to attend their remaining classes.
