Former Madison Police Officer Daniel Hedges lost his lawsuit claiming that his firing in 2008 from the department was unjust, the New Haven Register reports.
Hedges claimed in the suit he was fired for being outspoken regarding staffing issues at the time and budgetary reductions.
But town officials say they fired Hedges because he verbally threatening superior officers and had run-ins with civilians, the Register reports.
