House Hunt: Open Houses for July 17th

8 Homes will be open this Sunday in Madison. Check these out if you are ready to make a move.

Housing values are starting to stabilize in Madison.  The Median value for Madison houses sold in June was $406,000 compared to 2010 median of $407,000. Values have decreased only .4%. Good News for Sellers but a buyer needs to move quickly if they are in the market for a home.  Stop into one of these open houses this weekend if you are planning a move!
