Hungry? Struggling Financially? Here's How To Get Help, Madison
When you need help, a food pantry or financial assistance is not a hand-out, it's a hand-up, especially during a pandemic.
MADISON, CT — The term is food insecurity. And while the community is one where many are confortable and have the food they need, not all do. But, there's a lot of help for those in need in Madison.

Families may sign up for the Madison Food Pantry right on the Madison Community Services website here.

The Food Hut behind Walker Loden is still offering free, canned and non-perishable food items outside in a self-serve cabinet in the parking lot of their store in Madison -788 Boston Post Road.
Madison Youth & Family Services have Stop & Shop gift cards available for Madison residents in need. Get those by calling 203-245-5645.

Madison Public Schools have free and reduced lunch. Apply here.
And, those in need may also apply for Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) here.
