HVAC System Renovations Continue At Madison's Town Campus
The project includes the construction of several geothermal wells, which has been completed.

Information from Madison First Selectwoman Peggy Lyons:
MADISON, CT — Construction continues on improvements to the HVAC systems at Town Campus. The 21 geothermal wells have been completed. The project has been designed to minimize impact to the daily operations of town government. Nonetheless, while construction is ongoing, there may be inconveniences such as decreased public parking, changes in locations for selected services, and traffic disruptions.
Access to the Arts Barn and all Town Hall entrances will remain open throughout the project. All efforts will be made to keep town services readily available to all during this time period. If you plan on attending a town board or committee meeting be sure to bring a jacket so that you can remain comfortable as the heating and cooling systems for the building are offline during this time.
