Madison Announces Which Roads Will be Resurfaced and Restored

The program will begin the week of August 13.

The Town’s annual road program will begin the week of August 13th. This work is anticipated to take place over a two to three month period and be complete in the Fall of 2015.

The work will include the full depth restoration and resurfacing of the following roads:

Britton Lane
Cross Road
Green Hill Road (Durham Road to the Killingworth town line)
Green Hill Road (Wildwood Avenue to Nortontown Road)
Orchard Park Road
Pheasant Lane
River Edge Farms Road
Wickford Place

One lane of alternating traffic will be maintained at all times in work zones. Motorists, cyclists and pedestrians are advised to exercise caution when approaching and traveling through work zones.
