Madison Based Nursing Home Fined After Resident Dies: Report
The incident occurred back in December 2015, according to the report.

MADISON, CT - The Madison House has been fined $2,265 by the state Department of Public Health after a patient passed away, according to the Connecticut Health I-Team.
On Nov. 25, 2015, a resident had hip surgery and a few days later went into shock, the I-Team reports.
On Dec. 26, the resident was found unresponsive and couldn’t be resuscitated, the report states. The Connecticut Health I-Team notes that the citation mentions there was a documentation issue involving the patient’s needs on Dec. 24.
