Madison Beach Hotel Hosts Private Dinner With Jacques Pépin

Madison Beach Hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton, a AAA Four Diamond Award-winning boutique resort, is donating an exceptional dining experience for the Jacques Pépin Foundation (JPF) 6th anniversary gala auction: Dinner with Jacques and Claudine.

The winning bidder and three guests will join Jacques and Claudine Pépin for a night to remember. The evening will begin with a glass of Champagne and a sampling of California Caviar at Jacques’ private residence in Madison, Conn.

After canapés and a tour of Jacques’ home, the group will head to Madison Beach Hotel for a quintessential private dining experience with Jacques and Claudine, featuring the culinary talents of the hotel’s Executive Chef Brian Warmingham.

“Jacques and Claudine Pépin are great friends of Madison Beach Hotel,” said General Manager John Mathers. “We are honored to support the Jacques Pépin Foundation for the tremendous work underway.”

The live auction will be held during the JPF’s 6th Anniversary Celebration on Thursday, April 13, 2023 at The Lighthouse at Chelsea Piers with a stellar line-up of culinary talent preparing a sensational gala dinner including Maneet Chauhan, Ming Tsai, Esther Choi, Alon Shaya, Ayesha Nurdjaja, and a festive dessert reception with Natasha Pickowicz and Caroline Schiff.

Incorporated as a 501c(3) in 2016, the Jacques Pépin Foundation has raised significant funds for Community Kitchens. The JPF supports community kitchens that offer free life skills and culinary training to adults with high barriers to employment, including previous incarceration, homelessness, substance abuse issues, low skill and education attainment, and lack of work history.
