Madison Beach Hotel To Get Certificate Of Occupancy Friday

"The Building Department and Fire Marshal’s offices have approved the structure and life safety equipment at the Madison Beach Hotel. The Certificate of Occupancy will be issued on Friday April 27, 2012," said Madison Building Official Vincent Garafalo, on Thursday night via email.

The granting of the certificate of occupancy will mark the end of a years-long construction process and clear the way for the hotel's planned opening May 1, and then its first big event May 5th, when between 75 and 100 guests will descend upon the hotel for a wedding at 6 p.m.
