Diana McCarthy-Bercury is the Program Administrator & Evaluator for Energy Efficiency at Eversource. She develops sustainable energy programs for municipalities as well as training programs for the Technical High Schools and educational services for CT K-12 schools. She holds a Masters of Science in Sustainability Management from Columbia University.

Nicholas Jones - is an Energy Efficiency Consultant at Eversource. He works on Residential New Construction and the Zero Energy Challenge. He holds a Bachelor of Environmental Earth Science from Eastern Connecticut State University and is currently on his Masters of Science in Global Sustainability. Nick is a certified LEED GA and Certified Energy Manager (CEM).

Randy Vagnini- is a Senior Energy Efficiency Consultant at Eversource as well as the National Account Representative for large corporation looking to tackle energy conservation across their entire building portfolio. Nicholas will be presenting on program updates and revisions to the C-PACE program guidelines. The presentation will discuss how the changes impact C-PACE contractors project deployments and how they will work with the C-PACE Program. Other presentation topics

include the movement of the C-PACE program to an “open market” model and the standard offer to be used by private capital providers to directly fund projects in the C-PACE program.
