Madison Company Relocates to Branford

Barbara L. Pearce, CEO and President of Pearce Real Estate, last week announced that Joel Galvin, GRI, CCS and Senior Commercial Associate in the North Haven office, successfully has negotiated two leases in the Town of Branford.

Coastline Construction, formerly of Madison, leased 4,000 SQFT at 57 East Industrial Road, Branford.

At the second facility, 4 Sycamore Way, Branford, The Friends of the Blackstone Library leased 1,200 SQFT where it will receive and store books. At both locations, Mr. Galvin represented both the new tenants and the landlord, RCR Enterprises, LLC.
