Madison to Decide Whether to Pay Retired Policeman $110,000

The ex-policeman is seeking the funds under Connecticut's repealed heart and hypertension law.

Madison will decide whether to pay ex-policeman Lt. Robert Stimpson $110,000 on Nov. 10, Jack Kramer reports from The Source.

According to the paper, Stimpson is seeking the funds under the state’s heart and hypertension law. Although the law was repealed nearly a year ago, those who worked before the law was repealed can still have their claims paid.
