Madison Elementary School Principal Reinforces Drop-Off Policy

Ryerson Elementary School Principal Kelly K. Spooner is asking parents to be mindful of the school’s drop off policy in the morning, to ensure the safety of students.

Spooner wrote the following email to parents:

Good Morning,

For those families dropping students off in the morning, I would ask that you not let your child out of the car until you reach the flagpole area. Children should not be dropped off in the lower parking lot to walk through the parking lot and onto the sidewalk. There are many cars moving in and out of the lot and stalls during this time.

I thank you for your attention to this matter and your adherence to our standard arrival procedure for parent drop off.
