Madison Police Arrest Log for March 23rd – March 29th

On March 26th, Madison police responded to a first alarm fire at 31 Lake Drive.

The following were arrested:

David M. Delucia, 35, of 140 Flintlock Road, Madison, was arrested on March 26th and charged with traveling unreasonably fast, operating while under the influence, and failure to drive right.

Justin Michael Dwyer, 20, of 109 River Road, Madison, was arrested on March 23rd and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia in connection with less than ½-ounce of cannabis-type substance, possession of less than ½-ounce of cannabis-type offense, first offense, and interfering with an officer.

Zachary D. Dwyer, 18, of 109 River Road, Madison, was arrested on March 23rd and charged with operating under the influence, failure to drive in proper lane, use of drug paraphernalia in connection with less than ½-ounce of cannabis-type substance, possession of less than ½- ounce of cannabis-type substance, first offense.
