Madison Police Arrests Include DUI and Disorderly Conduct Charges

Madison Police Arrest Log for June 15th – June 21st

During this time period, Madison police responded on June 20th to a report of public indecency at a location on Durham Road.

Police also responded to several motor vehicle accidents with injuries, including:

--- an accident on June 15th at 37 Boston Post Road;

--- an accident on June 15th at Durham and Chestnut Hill roads;

--- an accident on June 17th at Boston Post and Wildwood roads;

--- an accident on June 18th at New and Duck Hole roads;

--- an accident on June 21st at Durham and County roads;

Police also reported to a hazardous materials incident, on June 17th, on 434 Warpas Road, and to a motor vehicle fire, on June 18th, on Southbound, Interstate-95.

Arrested were:

Cheryl A. Horner, 46, of 20 Horseshoe Lane, Madison, charged June 18th with operating while under the influence, and operating a motor vehicle while using a cell phone.

Michele Marino, 54, of 451 Main Street, East Haven, charged June 17th with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, illegally operating a motor vehicle under the influence (2nd offense), and following too close.

Brandon Michael Rathbun, 19, of 25 Cornish Woods, Madison, charged June 15th with disorderly conduct.
