Madison Police Arrests Include DUI and Forgery Charges
All of the information has been provided by the Police Department and all charges are allegations at this time.
Madison Police Arrest Log for March 16th – March 22nd
Ellen Nixon Mancuso, 55, of 213 Summer Hill Road, Madison, was arrested on March 17th and charged with operating while under the influence, making improper turn, and restricted turns fail signal.
Franklin Arturo Morcho, 34, of 285 Hillside Avenue, Waterbury, was arrested on March 19th and charged with operating while under the influence, failure to drive in proper lane, and operating without a license.
Marc Nucchi, 53, of 30 Stoneycrest Drive, Middletown, was arrested on March 19th and charged with larceny in the 6th degree, forgery in the 1st degree, and criminal impersonation.
Alice Penta-Davis, 26, of 37 Oxford Court, Westbrook, was arrested on March 22nd and charged with criminal trespass in the 1st degree.
