Madison Police Arrests Include Larceny and DUI Charges

All of the information has been provided by the Police Department and all charges are allegations at this time.

Madison Police Arrest Log for February 3rd – February 9th

Ross Alpert, 31, of 638 Bridgeport Avenue Milford is charged with larceny in 5th degree and criminal attempt.

Richard Leighton, 25, of 11 Fort Path Road Madison is charged with burglary in 3rd degree, criminal trespass in 2nd degree, larceny in 4th and 6th degree.

Jeffrey Noonan, 48, of 120 Overbrook Road Madison is charged with breach of peace.

Richard Lopez Roldan, 49, is charged with larceny in 3rd degree and forgery in the 1st degree.

Jennifer Elizabeth Saari, 30, of 64 Prospect Street Colchester is charged with operating under the influence, operating without a license, and improper number of headlights.

Hunter Sanford, 25, of Hudson Road in Concord Vermont is charged with traveling unreasonably fast, failure to drive in proper lane, operating a motorcycle without a license, and operating with a suspended registration and license.

Sanford was also later charged with violations of conditions of release in the 2nd degree.

Adam Yorzinski, 34, of 439 Maupas Road Guilford, is charged with traveling unreasonably fast, operating under the influence, and possession of less than ½ ounce of cannabis.
