Madison Police Participate In Video Combating Racial Profiling

The video was created by Connecticut Racial Profiling Prohibition Project.

MADISON, CT — In December, members of the Madison Police Department participated in the filming of an anti-racial profiling video created by the Connecticut Racial Profiling Prohibition Project, and the video has been released, according to a post on the department's Facebook page (see below).

"'We Want You To Know...' shares perspectives on traffic stops and how Connecticut is working collaboratively with community members, law enforcement, and policy makers to identify and address disparities in traffic stops through data collection, analysis, and ongoing oversight," officials wrote.
