Madison Police Seek Motorist Involved In Crash With Bicyclist

MADISON, CT — Madison police are asking for the public's help in identifying the driver of a silver Toyota SUV, who was involved in a crash with a bicyclist on Friday afternoon.

According to police, the vehicle is possibly a Toyota RAV 4 and it has a bicycle rack.

"The vehicle is wanted for questioning in connection with a motor vehicle crash involving a bicyclist that occurred today, August 28, 2026, at approximately 4:00 p.m.," police wrote on Facebook. "The vehicle was observed pulling into the Scranton Memorial Library parking lot from Boston Post Road."

Additional details about the crash were not disclosed.
