Madison Private School Needs a New Home: Report
The school's lease was not renewed, which surprised officials.

The good news is that Our Lady of Mercy School in Madison isn’t going anywhere until 2018, and officials are confident that the pre-K through grade eight school will continue to operate long beyond that date.
But officials at the school were surprised to learn that the Sisters of Mercy decided against renewing their lease at 149 Neck Road, which will expire June 30, 2018, the New Haven Register reports.
Officials will work to find a new location for the school, which has been at its same spot since 1954. No explanation was given as to why the lease was not renewed, the Register reports.
