At this time the Madison Public Schools will follow a two hour delay schedule on Friday, February 10, 2017.
We will reassess the situation in the morning. The Department of Public Works has assured me that they will work through the night to plow and salt the roads. However, there is considerable drifting and some roads have iced up due to the cold temperatures.

At this point we intend to begin school on a two hour delay schedule. I will continue to receive updates from Public Works through the night and again early tomorrow morning. If it is determined that the roads will not be safe for bus travel we will close the schools and inform parents no later than 5:30 am.
