Madison Public Schools Hosting Candidates Forum

The forum includes numerous candidates including the first selectman candidates.

On Thursday, October 22, 2015, the Parents’ Representative Council (PRC) of the Madison Public Schools will present a Candidates Forum in preparation for the November 3rd municipal elections. The public is invited and encouraged to attend this event from 7:00 – 9:00 pm in the Auditorium at Walter C. Polson Middle School on Green Hill Road. All candidates for First Selectman and Boards of Selectman, Finance and Education will give statements and answer questions.

Eric Parker, a Connecticut native and Chief Investigative Reporter for the Channel 3 I-Team will serve as the event’s moderator. In addition to his reporting, Mr. Parker practices law at Romano & Associates, a general practice law firm in Rocky Hill. He lives with his wife and son on the Connecticut shore.

The Parents’ Representative Council is a volunteer organization comprised of Executive Board members from each of the Parent Teacher Organizations (PTOs) of the Madison Public Schools.
