Madison's Ann Nyberg Launches New Web-Based Long Interview Program With WTNH-8

Madison's Ann Nyberg, who has been a television news reporter for more than 30 years, on Wednesday launched a new web-based, long interview program on the WTNH-8 news site.

This isn't a one, two or three minute chat -- this is a complete, uninterrupted discussion. It could be ten minutes, fifteen, or more. A no-nonsense, no BS, discussion about what's going on around us. Expect tough questions, thought provoking topics, compelling newsmakers, and people you may not normally hear from in the news.

The first interview is with the survivor of a brutal rape in New Haven, who recounts her story in an effort to support other rape survivors.

"I feel like there are so many women who don’t have … the support system to be heard and there comes a time when you have to stand up for yourself and … help other people with your story," she says, talking with Nyberg about graphic details of the attack, her efforts to recover and the moment she wasn't afraid anymore.
