Madison: Your 2014 Midterm Election Results

Madison voted and the results are in.

In the 101st State House District, the winner is incumbent Republican Noreen Kokoruda with 5,569 votes over Democrat Alex Taubes’ 4,244 votes. In Madison, Kokoruda received 4,493 votes while Taubes received 3,364 votes.

For the 12th Senatorial District, the winner is Democrat Ted Kennedy Jr. with 8,531 votes over Republican Bruce Wilson Jr.’s 6,377 votes, the Connecticut Post reports. In Madison, Kennedy received 4,044 votes while Wilson received 3,845 votes.

In the race for the judge of the probate, the winner is Democrat Peter Barrett. 

Democrat Joe Courtney is the winner in Connecticut’s second congressional district, the Connecticut Mirror reports.

In Madison, Tom Foley and Heather Somers received 4,204 votes while Dannel Malloy and Nancy Wyman received 3,677 votes, according to the Connecticut Post.
