Madison's First Selectman to Appear on TV Sunday

Tom Banisch will appear on "Face the State" with WFSB's Dennis House.

Dennis House, Channel 3 Eyewitness News Anchor, and Moderator of “Face the State,” will have Naugatuck Mayor Pete Hess, Madison First Selectman Banisch, and Bristol Mayor Ken Cockayne on his news program Sunday morning.

The trio of elected officials will be be on the show to discuss local and state economies. News surfaced yesterday that the state’s budget deficit is skyrocketing once again, which can impact local communities budgets too.

The political leaders also discussed the challenges they face in governing, House told Patch.
