MADISON, CT — There will be two questions on the Nov. 8 ballot about the changes to Madison's Town Charter.

The municipal charter defines the organization, powers, functions and essential procedures of Madison’s town government.

According to First Selectwoman Peggy Lyons, both questions are the "result of a lengthy public process spearheaded by a volunteer Charter Review Commission charged with updating our Town Charter, which currently dates back to 2006."

• Question #3 asks if the Town should adopt all other proposed changes as recommended by the Charter Review Commission.
