New Restaurant Proposal In Madison Moves 1 Step Closer: Report

Additional approvals by the town of Madison are still required, according to a published report.

MADISON, CT — The Planning and Zoning Commission has approved a zone change that could potentially pave the way for a "restaurant/steakhouse" at the site of the former Winter Club at 251 Boston Post Road, as reported by the Madison Source.

The proposal still requires additional approvals from the town. The owner of the parcel, Frasher Lulaj, also currently operates La Foresta restaurant in Killingworth, the Madison Source reports.
