New in Town - Fitness on the Water

The shoreline's new luxury fitness studio takes a holistic mind-body-spirit approach to total health wellness.

The Connecticut shoreline’s newest, unique, luxury fitness studio, Fitness on the Water at Water’s Edge in Westbrook, celebrated a Grand Opening May 6, showcasing the hottest new fitness classes with free sessions that day. Utilizing Pound drumsticks, SURFSET indoor surfboards, Shockwave rowing machines, trademarked Barefoot Bands resistance training, cardio barre, Rebounder trampolines, yoga and Pilates, Fitness on the Water is committed to bringing the newest classes to achieve total fitness safely and effectively. With a holistic mind-body-spirit approach, Fitness on the Water and its parent company Essex Wellness Center are rooted in the philosophy that wellness is a lifestyle.

Members of the Old Saybrook Chamber of Commerce joined the staff for the official ribbon cutting.
