Northside Municipal Parking Lot Resurfacing Project Means Some Closures
The project begins next week. The full schedule is listed below.

The Town will begin a project to resurface the Northside municipal parking lot located behind the Post Office and the Madison Arts Cinema building beginning Wednesday, November 11th, 2015.
The lot will be closed Wednesday, November 11th through the end of the day Friday, November 13th to allow for the pavement and base to be reclaimed, and the parking lot to be regraded and compacted. Once this first phase of the project is complete, the parking lot will be re‐opened for use.
The lot will be closed again for two days during the week of November 16th to allow for the parking lot to paved and during the week of November 23rd, the lot will be closed again for part of one day to allow for the installation of pavement markings.

This notice will be updated and signage at the driveway entrance to the parking lot will be posted to notify motorists of the status of the lot closure for these second and third phases of the project.
