Obituary: Anna B. Kraft, 91, of Madison

Wednesday, September 14, 2016 Anna B. Kraft longtime resident of Madison passed away peacefully surrounded by family and loved ones. Anna was born in Mannheim-Sandhofen, Germany on May 16, 1925 daughter of the late Philipp and Elise Braun. Mother of John Kraft (Melinda) of Madison, Paul Kraft of Madison and Katherine (Steven) Bernat of Glenville, NY.

Also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren. Predeceased by her sister Katche Haas. Anna was a devoted member of St. Margaret’s RC Church in Madison, CT for many years. She was also involved with the Lutheran Church of Madison. Her professional calling was to help people as a nurse. Anna cared for and supported many people along the way.

Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated in St. Margaret’s R.C. Church, 129 Academy St, Madison on Friday, September 23 at 11:30am. Burial will follow Mass in Westside Cemetery, Race Hill Rd, North Madison. Arrangements in care of the Guilford Funeral Home, 115 Church St, Guilford.
