Betty Ann Ward, MD, died September 30, 2016 at Middlesex Memorial Hospital where she had been an ER Physician at the Shoreline Campus.

Ann is survived by a sister, Dot Ward from Shelton CT. A celebration for her life will take place on October 30, 2016 from 1-4 at the Madison Winter Club, 251 Boston Post Rd Madison CT 06443.
