Paint Nights to Feature Vista Artists

Move over, Van Gogh—Paint Night with Vista, a series of social group art classes hosted by Vista Life Innovations, is changing its focus.

Instead of featuring famous works of art by the likes of Vincent Van Gogh and Claude Monet, Paint Night with Vista will showcase talented Vista artists and their works. The shift in focus speaks to the organization’s mission of supporting the personal success of individuals with disabilities.

The first Vista artist being featured will be Kelsey Legman, whose original art piece “Let it Snow” will be the subject of an upcoming Paint Night at 30 Mile Brewing Co. in Old Saybrook.

“It makes me feel excited and famous,” said Kelsey, a Westbrook resident.

Paint Night with Vista at 30 Mile Brewing Co. will be held Wednesday, Dec. 13 from 6-7:30 p.m. Cost is $35 per person and includes one complimentary pint of beer. To register, visit www.vistalifeinnovations.org/PaintNight.
