Prominent Madison-Based Realtor To Move, Open 2 New Offices

Company officials detail the reasons for the move and what the new locations will offer.

MADISON, CT — William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty announced today that the firm’s Madison office is set to move, with the firm opening two new technologically advanced office locations in the town. The first, at 696 Boston Post Road, is designed to provide a client-based business approach and offer a state-of-the-art, concierge-style experience to customers, the company said in a prepared statement. The second, close to the center of town, will serve as a base of daily operations for agents as well as a training facility.

The new offices are slated to open in mid-January. Brokerage Manager Kathy Mitchell described the move as “an opportunity to implement a forward-thinking business model that breaks away from the traditional mold and is fully dedicated to the client experience. Our goal is to create a different customer interface that combines the personal touch of our local experts with cutting-edge tools and a sophisticated space for interaction.”

Both sites will take advantage of the latest technological advancements. The client-facing, concierge-style space on Boston Post Road will highlight digital display boards to showcase properties and community lifestyle, a contemporary and bright interior providing a comfortable environment for customers and associates to meet, and a space for introducing consumers to real estate-related products from companies such as Nest.

The second location is set up as a more casual but chic work environment for the firm’s agents, presenting a home-like atmosphere with dynamic communal environments, 21st-century furniture including high tables and couches, and even an outdoor deck area. In addition to providing a modern day to day work setting, this site will also host training for agents in a forward-thinking space unlike any other on the Connecticut Shoreline.

“It’s an exciting time,” said Mitchell in a statement. “We are at once developing a client-focused office of the future for buyers and sellers, and a workspace for agents that feels like home while supporting them with all the modern technology they need to continue to be successful in today’s ever changing market. All of this combined with our global brand and vast marketing connections allows us to continue to bring the best possible service to our valued clients on the Shoreline and beyond.”
